CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my schedule and other clients waiting for availability, I kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). This policy also applies to no-shows and appointments missed without notice. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time set aside specifically for your service.
